Off me meds: Getting back on track.

I failed two months, but won't let it get me down. Time for some overdue self-motivation!

• I have a designated water bottle. I'm filling it up whenever it goes empty; which is currently about 3 times a day.
• I'm hiding my vegetables.
• I made my own facial scrub, with honey & oatmeal, that I finely pulsed in my food processor.

Exercise is still a struggle, but here's to getting back on track...the right track!

I feel as though hydration bottles are the way to go in terms of intaking a lot of water during the day. Filling it up and leaving it beside me on my desk makes it easily accessible and just overall tempting enough to drink since it's sitting there all alone. :-)

Nice perspective Jhan:) I wish it were more tempting for me...it's still feels like work. LOL

I've tried squeezing some lemon juice in, like a few of you ladies suggested awhile back. That helps!
