Easy Southern Banana Pudding.
Yummy, cool & creamy...perfect treat on a hot summer day!
I love banana pudding. Nobody told me it tastes twice as good topped with Cool Whip. I found out via the side of the JELL-O instant pudding & pie filling box:(
Here is the Recipe: (adapted from the side of a JELL-O box)
1 (3.4 oz.) package JELL-O, banana cream flavor instant pudding & pie filling
2 1/2 cups cold milk
30 vanilla wafers
3 bananas (sliced)
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip, whipped topping (thawed)
• Beat pudding mix & milk with whisk for 2 min. Let stand 5 min., then fold in half of the tub of Cool Whip.
• Arrange a layer of wafers on the bottom of a 2-qt. bowl or dish.
• Top with layers of (half each) of the bananas & pudding.
• Repeat layers.
• Top with remaining Cool Whip.
• Refrigerate 3 hours.
