Buttery Shrimp & Pasta in Cream Sauce.

Absolutely Delicious!!! Simple. Super fast to make.
Did I say, Absolutely Delicious?!...




Here is the Recipe: (adapted from food.com, by Mizznezz)
Serves 2
4 ounces capellini/angel hair pasta (cooked and drained)
2 tablespoons butter 
18-20 frozen jumbo shrimp (thawed)
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic 
1 cup half & half 
1/2 teaspoon dried basil 
1/8 cup parmigiano reggiano cheese
1/8 teaspoon black pepper 
1/16 teaspoon red pepper flakes

• Cook pasta
• Heat butter, in large skillet
• Add shrimp and garlic
• Saute 4 minutes, then remove shrimp from skillet
• Add half & half
• Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently
• Add shrimp, basil, cheese, pepper and pepper flakes
• Add pasta
• Toss well
Devour!
