The Retiring Perfectionist Journey: Lesson 2.

Lesson 2
Learn To Relax.

You may not realize how you take (some of the most trivial) things so seriously, yet you do. You drop and spill a bottle of nail polish remover, and let it ruin your mood for the rest of the evening.
BREATHE (not around the spilled acetone).
Deep inhale.
Slow exhale.
Ask yourself, “Is this (thing that I’m stressing over/letting bother me) really so serious?”
