Cajun Chicken Pasta in Cream Sauce.

I've made this over a dozen times, and I think it will live in my recipe box forever.

This cajun chicken pasta makes for a super quick dinner & is just delicious. I love it!

Here is the Recipe: (adapted from Recipezaar, by Lorac)
2 boneless chicken breasts (cut into thin strips)
4 ounces capellini pasta (cooked)
creole seasoning (I used Tony's)
1 tablespoon butter
1 green onion (chopped)
1 cup half and half
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup grated parmigiano reggiano cheese

• Season chicken thoroughly with cajun seasoning

• Heat butter in a large skillet or wok
• Add chicken and saute, until cooked through (about 5-7 minutes)

• Reduce heat and add all remaining ingredients (except, the cheese and the pasta)
• Stir and Cook about 1 minute, or until sauce thickens a bit

• Add hot cooked pasta
• Toss
• Garnish with cheese
