Fresh Tomato Salsa for Two.

This made a tasty, light snack for Husband and I.





What you'll need:
1 large tomato chopped
2 tablespoons red onion chopped
2 small jalapeno peppers (seeds removed* & chopped)
2 teaspoons fresh cilantro chopped
1 clove garlic minced
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

• Chop tomato and let drain in a colander for about 30 minutes to remove some of the water content. 

 Put tomatoes in small bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. 
 Toss
• Serve with your favorite tortilla chips, or let stand for 30 minutes to marinate; then serve.
Devour!
